Labneh 100 Gr.
Honey 30 Gr.
1- Cut simit in half then empty the bottom part from the middle making a space to put ingredients.
2- Add Labneh then Top with the second part of simit.
3- Put into oven until the top become crispy and golden brown.
4- remove from oven then remove the top part and drizzle half of honey quantity then top with the top bun part.
5- Place on a branded sheet then slice into 8.Then drizzle honey on top.
6- Serve with fork, knife and napkin.
