Labneh 100 Gr.
Zaatar & Olive Oil(on top bun) 30 Gr.
Black Olive (10 slices) 30 Gr.
1- Cut simit in half then empty the bottom part from the middle making a space to put ingredients.
2- Add Labneh then top with black olive then the second part of simit.
3- Add Zaatar & Olive Oil mixture on top.
4- Put into oven until the top become crispy.
5- Remove from oven and place on a branded sheet then slice into 8.
6- Serve with fork, knife and napkin.
